Evan began his career in commercial property in 2000 at a private commercial agency, where he was responsible for sales, leasing, strata, and property management across retail, commercial, and industrial assets.

In 2002, he joined the Industrial Department of Colliers International, working with a wide range of local investors. He later returned to a leadership role at the same private agency, serving as Director and Licensee until 2005.

In 2006, Evan joined Savills (WA) in the Industrial team, where he worked with clients ranging from small private investors to large institutional groups, delivering strategic advice and transactional solutions across Perth’s industrial market.

In 2008, Evan established his own commercial and industrial property firm, which has since operated independently with a focus on tailored agency, leasing, and advisory services. In 2025, this business will be integrated into MVP Commercial, a new entity formed in collaboration with the directors of MVP Real Estate, while continuing to operate as a distinct commercial and industrial division.

Notable transactions Evan has overseen include the sale of 6 Parri Road, Wangara — an englobo land parcel sold at a benchmark rate – and the lease of 11 Efficiency Way, Bibra Lake, a large office/warehouse secured by a major public company. In addition to managing the leasing process, Evan provided detailed feasibility modelling and development advice regarding site layout, structure, and building size.
